Consistency is the key to success for England Sevens, according to coach Simon Amor after naming an unchanged squad for the fifth successive tournament.

The same 12 players who have turned out for the national side in the previous four rounds of Sevens fixtures will also contest the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series in Las Vegas next weekend (March 3-5).
Amor's side are second in the overall Sevens standings behind South Africa, and face the USA, Samoa and Chile in pool B in Las Vegas.
England lost to the Springbok Sevens in the previous round of Sevens in Sydney, having won bronze in Dubai, gold in Cape Town and coming seventh in Wellington prior to that round.
And Amor is delighted with the work of the fitness coaches and medical staff that gives him the luxury of an unchanged squad.
"Having this level of consistency is a big plus for us," Amor said.
"The hard work of Dan Howells, our strength and conditioning coach, and the medical team has helped to develop a robust and resilient group of players.
"When you combine this with experience right across the squad, it becomes a genuine 12-man effort.
"This allows us to manage game time and load more effectively and the benefit showed in Sydney through the impact that every player made.
"Second in Sydney was pleasing, but we were disappointed with how we played in the final and also with our performances in Wellington - this has been a big focus and motivation for us as we continue to work hard to improve."
The squad retains Rio 2016 Great Britain silver medallists Tom Mitchell, Dan Bibby, James Rodwell, Phil Burgess, Dan Norton, Ruaridh McConnochie and Ollie Lindsay-Hague.
Mitchell will once again captain the side, as he did Great Britain in Rio, while Charlton Kerr keeps his place as 13th man.
The format of the Las Vegas leg sees two matches being played per day across the three days of competition, different to other legs of the series.
Amor is mindful of this, and also cites the artificial playing surface as a major factor in his side's preparations.
Amor added: "The format provides a slightly different mental challenge that all teams have to deal with but a key consideration for us is the narrow artificial pitch," he said.
"It creates a much more confrontational game which tends to favour the bigger physical teams.
"We've factored this into our preparations and need to be smart in our approach and how we adapt our play." Sportsbeat 2017
