The Germans, who hadn't stood atop the podium since winning in Willingen last January, clinched victory with a score of 1116.3 points thanks to impressive jumps from the quartet of Markus Eisenbichler, Stephan Leyhe, Andreas Wellinger and Richard Freitag.
Poland were unable to benefit from the support of the home crowd as they came in second on 1111.2 points, with Slovenia completing the podium, 8.5 points behind the hosts.
Germany's Eisenbichler said: "The competition went really well for us. It was hard for me to be the first jumper because my jumps in training yesterday were really bad.
"I was a bit nervous in the first round and I didn't have my best jumps today, but they were consisent. The other guys did a very good job.
"Poland and Slovenia were also jumping on a high level."
Despite missing out on top spot, Poland continue to lead the Nation's Cup with 2747 points, with Austria, who placed fourth in Zakopane, second on 2479 and Germany in third.
