With jumps of 128m and 132m and a total of 269.5 points, Prevc took victory ahead of Severin Freund and Kenneth Gangnes.
Freund, who fell in the trial round and suffered bruises, earned 258.4 points for second with Gangnes third on 251.5 points.
History would appear to be on Prevc's side in terms of the title with the last ten seasons seeing the leader after Innsbruck go on to claim the overall win.
He now leads the overall ranking with a total of 842.1 points, 19.7 ahead of Freund with Gangnes third on 800.2 points.
After a day of rest on Monday, the qualification for the Four Hills final will take place on Tuesday.
"I'm really satisfied with my performance in today's competition. After the trial jump I was a bit nervous, but fortunately I was able to remain focused," said Prevc, who is the first ski jumper to win successive Four Hills events since Gregor Schlierenzauer won in Innsbruck and Bischofshofen.
"I feel the pressure, everyone tells me that I'll win it, but before Bischofshofen nobody has won anything."
