She clocked 1:15.34 minutes on the first run to establish a mammoth lead of 0.71 seconds and did enough second time around to hold off her nearest rivals.
The Austrian's total time of 2:30.60 was enough to best Germany's Viktoria Rebensburg by 0.27 seconds while Italy's Federica Brignone clinched bronze at 0.52 seconds behind.
The triumph moved Brem a step closer to the giant slalom title as she now has a 52-point lead over Rebensburg with one race to go and the 27-year-old was ecstatic to get the job done.
"I think that today my first run was nearly perfect and the second one was quite good," Brem said.
"I executed what was exactly needed to be done – when you ski very well, you get that feeling that you know how much you need to attack. Today was one of those days for me, so I am very happy."
Lara Gut of Switzerland finished fourth in Jasna but that was enough to move her top of the overall World Cup standings ahead of Lindsey Vonn, who is out injured for the rest of the season, with Rebensburg in third.
