Reini Fernsebner has joined as the new Alpine Coach, while Guillaume Nantermod will head up the GBX programme in a head coach capacity.
Elsewhere, Hans Kristian Stadheim and Jostein Vinjerui have been revealed as new cross country performance coaches, with Stadheim in charge of endurance and Vinjerui the sprinters.
The quartet link up with GB Park and Pipe head coaches Hamish McKnight and Pat Sharples after a record-breaking season for the team.
Sophie Morrison will continue to lead the teams in all disciplines in her overarching role as Olympic Team Manager.
Austrian Fernsebner, who moves from his role as head of the British Europa Cup team, said: “I have a big heart for British skiing, and I think now is the perfect time to get things going.
"I am excited to take on this role and push the whole team and not just work with a one or two man British team.
"We have a lot of hugely talented young athletes who are pushing the whole team forward.
"I am looking to install a real structure which will mean we are strong going into the 2018 Winter Olympics and even stronger and with a bigger team as we look towards Beijing 2022."
Nantermod, an ex-Snowboard Cross World Champion, has been head coach of the Fanny Smith Academy for the past five years, and had a spell as the Swiss skiing star's personal coach.
"I'm very excited about this new long term project with British Ski Cross and Snowboard Cross," said Nantermod.
"I hope I can bring my experience and knowledge and combine it with the existing staff and athletes to create a programme that will create future champions."
British Ski and Snowboarding performance director Dan Hunt added: "We said we wanted to put in place a world-class coaching structure for each Olympic discipline, and this is the first step in doing this.
"We have appointed four of the world's best coaches in their disciplines, who will look start to develop long term plans geared towards medal success.
"I am confident we have made clever appointments, and along with our new Olympic Team Manager, these appointments will complement our already successful GB Park and Pipe coaching set up."
