The Brit, who set a new world record last month in Salt Lake City, won her semi-final before crossing the line first in the showpiece in 43.590 seconds.
That was good enough to finish 0.022 ahead of South Korean Choi Min-jeong, while Canadian and World Cup leader heading into the event Marianne St-Gelais was third.
Christie leapfrogged St-Gelais in the 500m World Cup standings and leads the way on 25264 points, 864 more than the Canadian.
In the men's 500m final World Cup leader Abzai Azhgaliyev missed out on the podium as he crossed fourth, with Dajing Wu of China winning in 40.618.
Hungarian Shaoang Liu was second and Russian Victor An was third, but Azhgaliyev still leads the World Cup standings on 22337 points while Wu sits second.
There was no such trouble for women's 1500m World Cup leader Suk-hee Shim as she won her final in 2:28.937 minutes, with fellow South Korean Ji Yoo Kim second and Suzanne Schulting of the Netherlands in third.
Shim has won all three 1500 World Cup races she has entered this season and sits atop the standings on 30000 points.
There was more South Korean joy in the men's 1500m as Jung Su Lee won in 2:20.224, with Russian Semen Elistratov second and Dutchman Sjinkie Knegt third.
Despite finishing third Knegt still leads the World Cup standings on 26400 points, although Lee has closed the gap in second.
Meanwhile, South Korea’s men and women posted the fastest semi-final times ahead of the showpieces.
