At the skating venue for the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea, the 26-year-old repeated her Saturday heroics to beat China's Yihan Guo with a time of 1:32.869 seconds.
Christie is in fine form, with this the second weekend in a row she has claimed a double success – having won gold medals in both 500m races in Shanghai.
In the men’s event, Canadian Charles Hamelin claimed gold ahead of Semem Elistratov of Russia and teammate Charle Cournoyer with a time of 1:23.067.
And two-time world champion Min Jeong Choi gave the home crowd something to cheer about as she won the women’s 500m race, to give South Korea their third gold of the event.
She finished the four-and-a-half-lap race in 42.461 seconds, with China’s Fan Kexin (42.657) and Natalia Maliszewska of Poland (42.808) rounding out the top three.
The World Cup now takes a break until February, when back-to-back events take place in Dresden and Minsk ahead of March’s World Championships in Rotterdam.
