Kyle Edmund will play Lucas Pouille in the opening match of Great Britain's Davis Cup quarter-final against France in Rouen on Friday.
British number one Dan Evans will then take on surprise French choice Jeremy Chardy in the second singles match.
Saturday's doubles will see Jamie Murray and Dom Inglot face Nicolas Mahut and Julien Benneteau before the reverse singles on Sunday.
Britain defeated France at the same stage on their way to the title two years ago but go into the tie as underdogs without world number one Andy Murray, who is recovering from an elbow injury.
