Six Spanish players have agreed to end their boycott of next season's Fed Cup after reaching an agreement over the future funding and running of women's tennis with their federation.

The government-run Sports Council helped broker the deal with Spain's Carla Suarez, Anabel Medina, Lourdes Dominguez, Maria Jose Martinez, Arantxa Parra and Nuria Llagostera.
"The vast majority of the players' demands have been met. It is an agreement that is very positive," Sports Minister Jaime Lissavetzky said.
"The objective is to relaunch women's tennis in Spain over the short and medium term."
On behalf of the players, who in September had accused the RFET of failing to support them, Llagostera said: "With this meeting we have achieved many changes, all of them positive.
"We were concerned with the future of women's tennis."
A management committee with representatives from the RFET, players, coaches and the CSD will be set up for at least the next five years.
Its brief will be to implement a plan which will cover areas such as sponsorship, investment, the possible restructuring of national competitions and medical support for players.
Five-times world champions Spain travel to play Estonia in the first round of World Group II on February 6-7.
