Murray, playing with new partner Martina Hingis, breezed past Marcelo Demoliner and Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez 6-2 7-5 to continue their run of not dropping a set at the tournament.
It was a little harder for Watson and partner Henri Kontinen who were taken to a third set by Bruno Soares – Murray's partner in the men's event – and Elena Vesnina.
However, they emerged with a 6-4 6-7 6-3 win over the No 2 seeds and will face the No 1 pair in the final on Sunday.
