German-Chinese Football Exchange Programme

DIEBURG - In early October, a German-Chinese football exchange had taken place in Hennef in Germany. Two months later, the German delegation visited the Chinese region of Zhuhai City from 13 to 19 December. In the course of this visit two German and two Chinese Teams participated in a final-four-tournament, joined several cultural activities and also discussed the future and development of university football.

Most significantly, the cooperation between the German University Sports Federation (adh) and the Federation of University Sport China (FUSC) was reinforced. FUSC Vice-President Yanqing Xue and adh General Secretary Christoph Fischer signed the Memorandum of Understanding in an official Signing Ceremony on 15 December in order to strengthen the German-Chinese relationship.
