New Board elected for AUSF Executive Committee 2016 - 2022

XIAMEN -On 21 November, the 9th AUSF General Assembly continued , mainly on the election of a new board for a term of 6 years from 2016 to 2022.
To make sure the election was going on in a fair manner, 3 Scrutineers were nominated, namely Mr. HJ Muhamad Mohd HANIF (MAS), Mr. FENG Jinwen (CHN) and Ms. Gulbaram KULAKHMETOVA (KAZ). Besides, Mr. Laurent BRIEL from FISU and Mr. Martin DOULTON, the President of FISU-Oceania were invited to monitor the election proceeding.

In the afternoon, the newly elected Executive Committee held its first meeting. All the EC members presented except Mr. Kairat ZAKIRYANOV, who didn’t show up due to a delayed flight. Being first, the EC members discussed on the MOU between AUSF and FISU-Oceania, based on which AUSF and FISU-Oceania, as the continental members of FISU, will jointly host some events.
Also, the Calendar of 2017 was approved.
