Taishan Idong equipped SU Taipei Athletes’ Village Fitness Centre

TAIPEI CITY - The Fitness Centre in the Athletes’ Village has been packed with not only athletes since the beginning of the Universiade, but also Taishan Idong scientific fitness equipment that has kept the athletes coming back.

Taishan is an official supplier of the 2017 Summer Universiade and an official supplier of FISU as well. In the fitness centre, there are a number of technologically advanced pieces of equipment including the all-in-one machine of national physique monitoring, the science coach machine and the all-in-one exercise machine of scientific coach. These machines are spread along the floor, amongst a stretching area and a weights area that are also in the fitness centre.

The athletes have been enjoying using the Taishan Idong equipment. “The equipment is really good, in my home town everything is thirty years old but all this equipment is new and I find them very effective,” said Anna Hruskova, a basketball player from Czech Republic said. Redrigo Guerra, a swimmer from Nicaragua, agreed, "I think the gym is complete, it has all the machines and equipment we need, and it is always busy and crowded,” he said.
