Italy's Paris tasted victory in the final downhill event of the 2018-19 Alpine Ski World Cup in Soldeu but a sixth-placed finish for Swiss skier Feuz, 32, saw him retain the title he won the previous season.
After all eight races, Feuz took the downhill title by just 20 points.
"It's unbelievable to have two globes now," Feuz told Eurosport.
"I'm very proud to have this in my hands."
Paris topped the podium with a time of 1:26.80, with Kjetil Jansrud of Norway second (1:27.14) and Austria’s Otmar Striedinger (1:27.21) finishing off the rostrum.
