Pozzi, also the 2017 European indoor champion, is part of a strong British line-up for the meet at the London Stadium on July 21 and 22.
Sprinter and triple world medallist Eilidh Doyle and Commonwealth high jump silver medallist Morgan Lake will also fly the British flag, with Olivia Breen, the long jump T38 Commonwealth and World Para Athletics champion, also featuring.
And Pozzi is targeting nothing less than victory to send the fans home happy.
"The Müller Anniversary Games is always the highlight of the outdoor season, and for a British athlete there really is no better feeling that being introduced to a home crowd, especially when it's at the London Stadium," he said.
"It's a meeting that brought the best out of me back in 2016, and I'll be going in looking to win this time around at what I'm sure will be a weekend of incredible and world class athletics."
Cherry Alexander, major events director for UK Athletics added: "Andy, Eilidh, Olivia and Morgan have all enjoyed incredible seasons so far, capturing prestigious international medals, and we are delighted to add all four athletes to the line-up as we continue to lay the foundations for another world-class staging of the Müller Anniversary Games."
