WHEN IS THE TOURNAMENT, AND WHERE IS IT BEING PLAYED?

The Australian Open runs from 18-31 January.

Yes. The draw was conducted on Friday, with Andy Murray facing German teenager Alexander Zverev. You can see the full men's draw and the full women's draw here.

AND WHO ARE THE TOP SEEDS?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams are the two top seeds. Both won three Grand Slam titles last year, including this one. Andy Murray is seeded second for Britain.
