Barcelona won the Euroleague title with a 86-68 victory over Olympiacos in Paris.
Barcelona got a huge performance form its veteran guard Juan Carlos-Navarro who scored 21 points and had five rebounds.
Final Four MVP Navarro, the only remaining member of Barcelona’s 2003 championship team, was deadly from three point land, shooting 44% from behind the arch.
Barcelona jumped out to a early 28-19 first quarter lead and never relinquished it.
The Barcelona defense was able to smother Olympiacos' star forward Lionel Kleiza, limiting him to 13 points.
Josh Childress scored most points for the Greeks - who beat their opponents in the 1997 final - while Pete Mickeal added 14 for Barca.
The victors set a new three-point final record of 12 from 28, bettering the 10 of 24 managed by CSKA Moscow in 2006.
For Barcelona it was the second Euroleague title of the Spanish club’s long and proud 84-year history
