Former NBA player Glen "Big Baby" Davis faces a court appearance in early April after he was arrested in a Maryland hotel on drug possession and distribution charges, according to a report from WMAR-TV in Baltimore.
Davis, 32, was indicted on seven counts of drug possession and distribution
after a Hampton Inn franchise owner called police Feb. 7 and said he smelled
marijuana coming from a room. Police said they found 126 grams of marijuana
and a briefcase containing $92,164 in cash when they searched Davis' room.
They also found a ledger containing names and money owed "consistent with
someone involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics."
