PAOK name new coach

Ahead of their ULEB Cup adventure, PAOK have replaced Brane Prelevic with new coach Kostas Pilafidis after elimination in the Greek Cup and two straight losses in the Greek league.

Prelevic, who coached PAOK for three years before resigning in January only to return this summer, will stay on as general manager of the side.

The 49-year-old Pilafidis played for years with for Iraklis and PAOK.

He has previously coached Iraklis, Ionikos of Nea Philadelphia, Makedonikos and Gymnastic Club of Larissa.
