Having triumphed in Friday's 10km sprint, Boe once again reigned supreme in Italy on Saturday – shooting clean before skiing away from his rivals on the track.
The Norwegian crossed the line in 31:14.4 minutes, more than 60 seconds ahead of second-placed Martin Fourcade, although the Frenchman still leads his rival in the overall World Cup standings.
Despite Fourcade finishing over a minute behind Boe, he comfortably took silver, with Russia's Anton Shipulin claiming bronze a further 18 seconds back and knocking Arnd Peiffer of Germany off the podium.
Another Norwegian, Emil Hegle Svendsen, put the disappointment of a 32nd-place finish on Friday behind him as he took fifth and was the only man other than Boe to shoot clean.
Fourcade moves on to 774 points in the overall World Cup standings, with Boe – who now has 21 World Cup victories in his career – closing the gap on 742.
