The 2018 Olympic 20km champion, who reigned supreme with double gold in Pokljuka and a 10km sprint triumph in Hochfilzen, saw off the challenge of Alexander Loginov to claim top spot.

The Norwegian three-time World Champion shot perfectly throughout, hitting every target on both runs to cross the line in 23.09.09 and secure a 26th World Cup gold.
Russian Loginov finished 21 seconds behind Boe to earn a third World Cup silver medal of the campaign. Sweden's Martin Ponsiluoma took bronze to secure a first individual World Cup medal of his career.
Martin Fourcade, the only other athlete to taste success so far in the 2018/19 World Cup season, could only muster a 43rd place finish after missing the target four times on an unsuccessful outing in the Czech Republic.
Victory ensures Boe keeps the yellow bib heading into Saturday's 12.5km sprint competition.
