Hat-trick for Meyers Taylor

Americans Elana Meyers Taylor and Kehri Jones made it three World Cup wins in a row after they finished top of the pile in Konigssee, Germany.

The duo posted the fastest first and second runs to finish with a total time of 1:41.01 minutes, with compatriots Jamie Greubel Poser and Aja Evans 0.26 seconds behind as the runners-up.
Following success in both Winternerg and St Moritz earlier this month, Meyers Taylor and Jones made it a hat-trick of wins as they continue to climb the World Cup standings.
After missing the first event of the season the pair have finished second twice and won three times and currently sit in fourth spot on 1095 points.
Leading the way are Canadians Kaillie Humphris and Cynthia Appiah on 1236 points after they finished fourth in Konigssee, with Poser and Evans second on 1219.
Austrians Christina Hengster and Sanne Monique Dekker are third on 1106 despite finishing eighth in Konigssee.
Completing the podium in Germany were home favourites Mariama Jamanka and Annika Drazek with a time of 1:41.67.
