Adams, who finished top of the podium in London 2012 and Rio 2016, will slug it out for the WBO world flyweight title against Mexico's Arely Mucino.
The 36-year-old World and European amateur champion, who turned professional in January 2017, boasts an unbeaten 5-0 record, winning three by knockout.
Her opponent holds a record of 27-3-2 and is a three-time world champion - gaining the WBO title in February 2018.
"Winning a world title is what I got into professional boxing for," said the Leeds-born fighter.
"I believe it is my destiny to do so and ultimately unify the division.
"To get this opportunity after just five professional fights is an achievement in itself and I am so thankful to my promotional team for making it happen.
"To fight for the WBO world title at the Royal Albert Hall is a dream come true when you consider the great names that have performed there and I want to make this another memorable occasion."
