Shane Byrne is on pole after finishing top of qualifying at Oulton.

Byrne's best time of 1:33.979 was comfortably the best time of the day to let him start from the front in the British Superbikes championship.

Jake Dixon was right behind him in second with a lap time of 1:34.109.
