Klaebo won by 0.39 seconds from Italy's Federico Pellegrino for his seventh World Cup sprint triumph of the season, with France's Lucas Chanavat finishing in third position.
It means he finished with a total of 740 points in the sprint World Cup standings, 243 more than second-placed Pellegrino.
The 21-year-old continues to go from strength to strength after winning three gold medals in his first Olympics at the PyeongChang Games last month.
Klaebo has also clinched the overall World Cup Crystal Globe, leading by 272 points from compatriot Martin Johnsrud Sundby, who sits on 1116 points with three events remaining.
Meanwhile, in the women's last cross-country sprint of the season, Sweden's Hanna Falk claimed a narrow victory over her fellow compatriot.
Falk finished 0.53 seconds ahead of fellow Swede Jonna Sundling, while veteran Marit Bjoergen was third, 1.40 seconds off Falk.
Norwegian skier Maiken Caspersen Falla had already secured the women's sprint title because her closest rival, Sweden's Stina Nilsson, missed the event due to illness.
In the overall World Cup standings, Norway's Heidi Weng, who finished in 25th position in Falun, remains in the lead with 1430 points.
Her closest rival, Ingvild Flugstad Oestberg, finished in 14th place in the final sprint of the season, but she is still 141 points behind Weng.
