Stefan Kung weathered the best of the rain-hit conditions to win the individual time trial on stage two of the BinckBank Tour.
BMC Racing rider Kung was handed an early start in the time trial after finishing towards the back of the peleton on Monday's opening stage.
He was out in the best of the conditions to set a time of 10:58secs in Voorburg, a time that held up for the rest of the competition amid heavy rain and crashes on various corners including former time trial world champion Tony Martin hitting the deck.
Maciej Bodnar was second for Bora-Hansgrohe four seconds off the pace with Tom Dumoulin third a second further back.
Stage 1 winner Peter Sagan finished 15 seconds behind Swiss rider Kung in the worst of the conditions.
