Lotta Lepisto (Cervelo-Bigla) of Finland registered her third UCI WorldTour win of the season as she got the better of Holland's Marianne Vos in a sprint finish at the Crescent Vargarda in Sweden on Sunday.
Vos (WM3 Pro Cycling) had assumed the lead with 100 metres left, surging past compatriot Ellen van Dijk (Sunweb).
But she failed to hang on in front, ending up having to settle for second after Lepisto pipped her to victory and maximum points. Canadian Leah Kirchmann (Sunweb) came third.
Lepisto, who was runner-up in this race last year, added to the wins she had already posted in 2017 at Dwars door Vlaanderen and Gent-Wevelgem.
The 28-year-old is up two places to sixth in the overall WorldTour rankings that are currently led by Holland's Anna van der Breggen.
