The two-times Dutch champion and 2017 World Champion broke away on the Muur and powered away in the final 10km to win.
Blaak was one of two Boels Domans team members to podium, with Jip van den Bos taking third place.

Second place went to Italy’s Marta Bastianelli.
Saturday’s race ran simultaneously with the men’s and was controversially stopped midway through after the women came close to catching up with the earlier race.
The next women’s race in the Spring Classics season is the Strade Bianche in Tuscany, Italy, which takes place on March 9.
