Dylan Groenewegen took his fourth victory of the year with a second straight sprint win on Stage 2 of Paris-Nice.

Groenewegen won an action-packed opening stage of the race on Sunday, and followed that up with another triumph in 3h14'04".

The Jumbo-Visma rider survived the brutal conditions in Bellegarde to keep hold of the overall race lead for another day.

Ivan Garcia Cortina finished second after it had appeared that he would take the win ahead of Groenewegen.
