The trio spearhead a nine-strong British team, which also includes brother Tre and Kye White, who will go in the men's elite event alongside Evans and Isidore.
Shriever is the sole representative in the women's elite, while Ross Cullen and Tian Isidore will fly the flag in the junior men's event, with Elissa Bradford and Libby Smith in the junior women.
Shriever, the reigning junior world champion, won her first senior world cup in Zolder earlier this month and is determined to carry on the form that has taken her to the early season success.
"I'm thrilled to be able to represent my country again at the World Championships," she said. "I'm pleased with how my season has gone so far but I'm not putting too much pressure on myself given that it's my first year as an elite rider.
"My recent World Cup victory has given me confidence that I can be up there in the mix for a good result and I'm fully committed to giving it my all out in Baku."
Performance director Stephen Park added: "We've seen some promising signs from the BMX programme riders this season, with some good results at European and World Cup level.
"We will be looking to all of the programme riders to build on their results at the world championships this year.
