England's Jack Laugher produced the goods yet again as he clinched gold in the men's springboard final at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Laugher retained his Commonwealth Games title in hte 1m springboard on Wednesday and he was equally impressive in doubling up in style on Thursday with a score of 519.40.
In finishing a full 67 points ahead of Philippe Gagne of Canada, who took silver, the Englishman upgraded his second place from Glasgow four years ago.
