The pair compiled 395.82 points and never dropped out of the podium positions, with their fifth dive scoring a high 81.60.
It is their second medal inside a month following the silver they won in Montreal and their fledgling partnership is continuing to bear fruit ahead of the World Championships in South Korea in July.
For two-time Olympic medallist Daley, it's a sixth World Series medal of the season with the highlight remaining his 10m platform gold last month – his first title in four years.
Elsewhere, Eden Cheng and Lois Toulson narrowly missed out on a medal by finishing fourth in the women's 10m synchronised event – eight points off third place.
It marks their second straight fourth-place finish, although Toulson will be in action in the individual 10m on Sunday.
There was also frustration for Olympic champion Jack Laugher and bronze medallist Daniel Goodfellow in the men's 3m synchronised event.
They were top of the pile after four dives but eventually fell to fifth. Kat Torrance and Grace Reid also finished fifth in the women's 3m synchronised.
