Breaking news: Kristensson wins Junior U27 in Liepāja, Sesks is ERC3 champion*

Mārtiņš Sesks has added championship honours in the FIA European Rally Championship’s ERC3 category to his ERC Junior Under 27 title* on his home event, Rally Liepāja, while team-mate Tom Kristensson took rally victory.

Though he finished behind rally winner Kristensson this weekend, Sesks' points lead going into the event was enough that finishing second secured the ERC3 title*.

Sesks had already wrapped up the ERC Junior U27 title on PZM Rally Poland, mathematically clinching the championship with one round to spare.

*Subject to confirmation of the results by the FIA
