Norbert Herczig will bid for the FIA European Rally Championship’s coveted runner-up spot on PZM Rally Poland from 21-23 September boosted by a “really good” test.
Herczig, whose MOL Racing Team ŠKODA Fabia R5 is run by Raimund Baumschlager’s BRR Rallye & Racing operation, is currently third in the title table.
Despite his limited sealed-surface experience, the four-time Hungarian champion is ready for the challenge ahead in Mikołajki.
“We had a really good gravel test and everyone within the team is happy and hopeful regarding Poland,” a spokesperson for MOL Racing Team said.
