Rossi wins outright, former ERC champion Rossetti tops R5 class at Monza

While MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi won the Monza Rally Show for a seventh time yesterday, Luca Rossetti, a three-time winner of the FIA European Rally Championship claimed victory in class in a Hyundai i20 R5.
Driving a Friulmotor-run Hyundai, Rossetti finished P10 overall at the Italian Grand Prix venue, one place behind ERC Junior Under 28 podium finisher Rhys Yates, who was competing in a Ford Fiesta RS WRC for the first time.
Other ERC drivers past and present in action included Andrea Crugnola, Giandomenico Basso and Giacomo Scattolon, who were classified third, fourth and fifth respectively in the R5 category.
