The Saintéloc Junior Team has won the FIA European Rally Championship for Teams* thanks to the combined efforts of its Rally Hungary trio, Alexey Lukyanuk, Sean Johnston and Ekaterina Stratieva.
Based in France, the Saintéloc Junior Team also counted on points scored by Sindre Furuseth earlier in the season.
Saintéloc’s winning total over Toksport WRT was nine points, Lukyanuk’s deficit to Toksport pilot Chris Ingram in his ultimately unsuccessful bid to win the ERC Drivers’ title. ACCR Czech Rally Team finished third but arrived in Hungary have already clinched the ERC Nations’ Cup.
*Subject to confirmation of the results by the FIA
