Buoyed by their 7th-place finish in Supersport at the Bol d’Or last September, JMA Motos Action Bike are actively preparing for the 24 Heures Motos with a Top5 spot in their sights.
JMA Motos Action Bike have picked themselves back up after a difficult debut season in 2017-2018 with no points scored in the FIM Superstock World Cup. The 2018-2019 season has got off to a much better start: the team finished 19th overall and 7th in the Superstock class at the Bol d’Or last September, notching up 2 points in the World Cup rankings.
Jean-Marc Adam, the team manager of JMA Motos Action Bike, is clearly a lot more confident now. He is determined to aim higher. ‘After our tribulations in the 2017-2018 season, which as far as we’re concerned was a trial run, we’ve set ourselves an ambitious goal: we want to be in the Top5. We came close to achieving that goal at the Bol d’Or and we’ll be sticking to our objective for the rest of the season. We’re heading to Le Mans with our Bol d’Or line-up of Dylan Mille, Sébastien Lager and Guillaume Montessuit, with Kevin Rousseau as back-up rider. We’re busy preparing the bike, and we’re right on schedule.’
It will be worth keeping an eye on JMA Motos Action Bike’s Suzuki #34 on the Bugatti circuit this coming April.
