The referee makes the teams play out a rather pointless minute but it's irrelevant as he blows up and Cameroon progress. Ghana's 35 year wait continues and Grant looks distraught. Cameroon are delirious though, and Hugo Broos has taken them through to the final.

Cameroon are through to the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations! They break from a rubbish free-kick from Wakaso and Bassogog is played through. It looks like his touch is too heavy but he pokes the ball past Razak.

Chance for Aboubakar as he flashes the ball over, the ball goes down the other end and Siani gives away a stupid foul out wide.

Zoua causes some groans as he loses possession but does really well a few seconds later as he wins a free-kick.

Cameroon are trying to close the game out, and they defend well from a good ball in from Jordan Ayew.

This corner comes to nothing and there will be a goal-kick as Ghana take off Partey and bring on Badu, slightly strange change, he's not that offensive.

Gyan, who has taken the captain's armband, launches himself at a corner but it's deflected wide. Ondoa makes a mess of the next one and he lands awkwardly.

Yellow card for Moukandjo as he grabs Jordan Ayew's throat, a bit naughty that.

Andre Ayew gets down the left wing but his cross goes to the back post and there's no-one there.

It's getting a bit frantic here for Ghana. No chances still.

There's going to be some question marks over Razak, as well as Boye of course, can Gyan help rescue this?

Now here's the Ghana change, and it's the big one. Acquah is off and Asamoah Gyan comes on.

Another good chance for Jordan Ayew as Afful cuts the ball back to him but it goes wide. Some of the ground think it is in.

And it's Cameroon who makes the change, as Vincent Aboubakar comes on for Tambe.

What a calamity in the Ghana defence! The ball in sees John Boye catch Razak out by heading the ball into the path of Nagedu. He takes a touch and lashes it into the top corner. What a finish!

Wakaso, who has a reputation as a bit of a hot head, body checks Tambe and gives away a foul on the edge of the area. Remember if he is booked he will miss the final.

Scramble in the box as a corner falls to Ayew but he can't get his feet sorted and and Cameroon clear, the second is punched (sort of) away by Ondoa.

Moukandjo cuts inside from the left and uses the outside of his right foot to get the cross in. It's easy for Ondoa to gather.

Chance for Cameroon as Zoua comes charging into the box to get onto the end of a cross but he has handled the ball and it will be a free-kick. Razak had done well to close him down.
