Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the latest installment of the African Cup of Nations as DR Congo take on Morocco in Group C. Congo’s preparations for the tournament in Gabon have been anything but smooth, with a row over unpaid player bonuses hindering plans considerably. The players even went on strike on Friday, and refused to train. Hardly Ideal. Morocco coach Herve Renard won the tournament with the Ivory Coast last year, so he has all the knowhow to succeed. I’m Pete Hall, and I will be bringing you the action, as it happens, live!

44'
Ndombe tries to force the ball into the path of Bakumbu, but he does not get enough on it, and the danger passes. Great opportunity to create an opening.
42'
61 per cent possession for the Atlas Lions, but they have created very little with it.
41'
Mendyl again the danger, carries the ball into the box, but he is dispossessed at the last by Mpeko. Faint claims for penalty are waved away by the referee.
39'
Finally, we get a pinpoint cross into the middle by Hamza Mendyl for Morocco, but there is nobody there to head home.
38'
Benatia clears as Congo press once more. The final pass is again really, really poor.
37'
Corner for Morocco, their fifth of the match so far, but this time Gabriel Zakuani gets up highest to head the ball clear.
35'
Game is really scrappy at the moment. The pitch isn't helping matters, as the ball regularly bobbles up.
34'
Congo come again, but the final pass has eluded them so far. The fans seem to be enjoying themselves, though, with plenty of noise being made.
32'
Carcela-Gonzalez carries the ball down the left, skips past his man, but the cross is poor, again, and the danger passes.
31'
Much better from Congo at the moment. Morocco's rhythm seems to have been disturbed, with the game much more even now.
29'
Omar El Kaddouri looks dangerous on the break with his pace and willingness to run at players, but so far he is being nullified.

CLOSE! Chancel Mbemba has no right to get in shot in from the edge of the box, with several green shirts in attendance, but he does so, and fizzes a strike just wide.
26'
Bakumbu has his first effort at goal, but the best he can do from that distance, first-time, is to fire straight at Munir.
25'
Marcel Tisserand upends El Ahmadi and Morocco win another free-kick. Nothing comes of it, though.
-
Somewhat surprising they haven't...
23'
Carcela-González has two chances to whip the ball into the middle. The first is collected by Matampi, then, straight away, Morocco win the ball back, but the cross from Carcela-González evades everyone.
21'
All Morocco still. Surely only a matter of time before they find a way through here.
20'
Bouhaddouz again the danger from a cross, but Issama Mpeko does superbly to nip in and clear.
18'
Bouhaddouz gets up to meet a free-kick, but he cannot get enough purchase on the header, and Congo can clear.
17'
Bakambu is looking mightily frustrated up front for the Leopards. Really starved of service so far.
15'
Mehdi Carcela-González whips a free-kick into the middle, up gets Manuel da Costa, but he gets too much on the header, and the ball flies over the top.
