Another free-kick for Mali, and Odongkara comes out to claim at the second attempt. Bad news for Mali, as Egypt lead Ghana 1-0 in the other game.

Uganda's Farouk Miya shoots from 40 yards, well wide. But a good idea to shoot from distance in these conditions.

The Uganda goalkeeper Odongkara has now changed his gloves - obviously he has gone for the wet weather ones now.

CHANCE: Lassana Coulibaly swings the ball in, and from the second ball from Khalid Aucho's header, Moussa Marega hits his shot into the side netting.

Iguma then goes through Doumbia and Mali have a chance to send in a free-kick from the left.

Denis Iguma does well to cut out the run of Doumbia down the Mali left and Uganda can clear.

Good skill in centre field by Yves Bissouma but when the ball goes out left for Mali, the move again breaks down because of the surface water.

Godfrey Walusimbi on the left is unable to trap the ball from a Baba Kizito pass and it rolls out of play.

Odongkara is almost caught out as he runs to pick up the loose ball ahead of Moussa Doumbia. That was almost a disastrous start for the goalkeeper, making his first start of the tournament, as the ball gets stuck in surface water in the area.

Mali coach Alain Giresse is still hopeful of progression: "The players are disappointed, but we are not completely knocked out - they will be ready to raise their heads for the last game,” he said.
18:45
It is very rainy in Gabon ahead of the match, and the pitch is not in great shape. Expect it to cut up when we get going.

The match brings together two the only sides yet to score at AFCON 2017. The runners-up in Group D will play the Democratic Republic of Congo in the quarter-final on Sunday.

To qualify, Mali must beat Uganda at Stade d'Oyem and hope Ghana beat Egypt at Stade de Port Gentil. And, if Mali and Ghana both win 1-0, lots will be drawn by Egypt and Mali to see who qualifies in second place.
18:25
Ahead of Wednesday's final group of matches, Ghana have already qualified thanks to two wins from their two matches against Mali and Uganda. Egypt lie second on four points, Mali third with one point, with Uganda already out following defeats to Ghana and Egypt.
