IT'S BEBOU AGAIN!!! Amazing, mazy run from him to beat multiple defenders before getting tripped on the edge of the area by the onrushing Neuer, who receives a yellow card for his troubles.
Neuer turns kamikaze as he goes full sweeper keeper, going miles outside of his goal! Bebou tries to shoot from range but his shot is blocked by a defender tracking back and Karamaric is fuming due to Bebou not noticing that he was free and had a clearer view of the goal.
As mad as it sounds, this is a very flattering scoreline for Bayern! Fantastic run from Bebou puts pressure on the Bayern defence and he finds Kramaric, who scoops his shot over the bar.
Brilliant play from Goretzka finds Kimmich on the right hand side, just outside the box, whose well-hit shot is comfortably held by Baumann.
Musiala wriggles his way past a couple of Hoffenheim defenders and into the box but his deflected pass can't find a teammate.
Hoeneß uses the extra goal cushion to bring on a defensive midfielder in the shape of Florian Grillitsch to try and defend his team's lead.
GOOOOAAAAAALLLLLL!!! Flick's plethora of changes conjure up very little effect as super-sub Bebou comes storming down the right and dinks the ball into Kramaric, who takes one touch before guiding the ball into the corner and past Neuer!
WHAT A STOP! Skov is in acres of space in the box and the outstretched feet of Neuer deny him a goal from a powerful low shot.
Sane leaves the pitch for Coman in a like-for-like swap. The German attacker has underwhelmed today.
More substitutions for Bayern, as Flick makes full use of the new rule enabling 5 substitutitions to be made in a competitive fixture. Jamal Musiala, the 17 year-old attacking midfielder who's been the centre of an international tug-of-war between England and Germany, became Bayern's youngest ever goalscorer against Schalke earlier this month. He replaces Tolisso.
Well worked move from the corner sees the goalkeeper come out to punch away a Gnabry cross from the opposite side but no shot is forthcoming. Considering they have only had two shots on target, you would think Bayern should test Baumann more rather than trying to effectively walk the ball into the net.
Chance falls to Lewandowski in the middle of the box and a bunch of defenders are quick to crowd him, which causes his eventual shot to be deflected out for a corner.
Sloppy from Davies, chesting a cross-field pass out of play. Typifies this Bayern Munich performance.
Summer signing Mijat Gacinovic is the other change for Hoffenheim, replacing Baumgartner on the field.
Hoffenheim also making a double substitution, with Togolese attacker Ihlas Bebou entering the fold.
Leon Goretzka comes on for Pavard, which means that he will join Tolisso in central midfield and Kimmich will slot in at right-back.
Just as I say that, Zirkzee leaves the field in place of the danger man Robert Lewandowski as part of a double Bayern substitution.
Great move from Bayern results in a chance for Zirkzee, who rockets a shot against the bar! The youngster is finally starting to look comfortable in this game.
Muller sends an acute first-time ball through to Zirkzee, who knocks it back to Sane and sees his shot saved! Big opportunity but Zirkzee should have perhaps taken a shot himself.
WOW! Another golden opportunity for Dabbur, who is wide open yet fires a shot wide on the volley.
Free-kick from deep is headed down to Dabbur, whose first-time shot is saved brilliantly by Neuer! Hoffenheim are back in their stride already.
Menacing cross from Sane towards the back post, but it fails to find one of his teammates and it goes out for a Hoffenheim goal kick.
Second half now underway! No changes made at the break by either side.
Lots of Bayern fans saying they are not making good enough use of their possession, with Lewandowski and Goretzka being cited as the key missing cogs. With the German Super Cup Final against Borussia Dortmund in three days, would Flick be willing to risk them?
Another factor of Hoffenheim's play that has been attracting plaudits so far is their high press and relentless energy. Will they able to maintain that for a full 90 minutes though?
The six thousand socially distanced fans in the PreZero Arena are certainly enjoying this one! The German Football League (DFL) are allowing teams to fill their stadiums to 20% capacity with home fans only.
Lots of questions being asked of Bayern during that first half. Will Hansi Flick be able to adapt accordingly? The defensive high line, lack of presence up front and the midfield not protecting the defence are just a few of the problems facing them. Wonder whether we will some early substitutions to deal with those concerns.
A few chances for Bayern Munich near the end there but the referee blows the whistle for half-time with Hoffenheim leading 2 goals to 1.
That's ridiculous! Hoffenheim come back on the attack and Kramaric notices that his teammate is still down in the box so decides to kick the ball out of play so he can be attended to. The referee then responds immediately with a yellow card! Incredibly bizarre given that kicking the ball out of play is the norm in football when a player is injured.
Kramaric twists and turns before hitting the crossbar with a left-footed shot that was palmed onto the bar by Neuer! An Hoffenheim player goes down in the box, but play continues regardless with Neuer throwing the ball quickly so Bayern can counter.
Kimmich only scores worldies!
A whipped long pass finds Kramaric out on the right, but his dangerous pass into the box is intercepted well by Alaba in the heart of Bayern's defence.
In the end Hoffenheim are forced into making a substitution with Bicakcic departing the field in favour of Robert Skov. The Danish international is typically a winger or wing back, so with him replacing a centre back that could suggest a change of formation from Hoffenheim?
Some calls from the Hoffenheim players and staff for the goal to be disallowed due to a perceived foul, with the opening goalscorer Bicakcic down and seemingly holding his ankle. Unclear whether he was clipped in the build-up to Kimmich's goal or whether he simply tripped himself up due to the fancy footwork from Sane.
GOOOOAAAAALLLLLL!!! This game just keeps getting better and better. Great passing from Bayern in a move that was instigated by a deep cross from Sane. Headed down from inside the box and passed outwards to Joshua Kimmich, who opens his account for this season with a curled effort into the top right corner!
Bayern pull a goal back and it's game on.
Is this a tired Bayern Munich side? Or are they simply being exposed tactically? If this match does end in defeat for them, questions will be asked of Flick for moving the likes of Goretzka and Lewandowski to the bench. It is the first time in around 2 years that the Polish marksman has started a Bundesliga match on the bench, while Goretzka had started 17 consecutive games for Bayern prior to this.
The chances just keep coming for the home side. Kramaric weaves his way around multiple Bayern defenders before eventually forcing a weak shot towards the bottom corner that is saved easily by Neuer.
WAIT. COULD THERE BE A THIRD? An lofted, first-time ball finds Baumgartner, who is through on goal but struggles to control the bounce. He ends up getting closed down by the Bayern defence and scooping a shot over the bar while falling over.
These Hoffenheim tactics are working a treat. They are consistently beating Bayern's high line with early, defence-splitting balls to their front three of Dabbur, Kramaric and Baumgartner.
Second yellow card for a Hoffenheim player. This time for Baumgartner, who caught Tolisso with a late lunge.
GOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLL!!! What is going on?! This is crazy, but what a game we have on our hands now. Munas Dabbur is sent through on goal by a Bayern defensive error and the Israeli international striker finishes in style with a delicate chip over Manuel Neuer!
There was a quick VAR check for offside and any other discrepancies that caused a few nerves, but the goal is allowed and Hoffenheim are now two goals up.
Muller and Kimmich attempt a one-two, but Muller is unable to meet the return pass as he was dragged down by his shirt in the middle of the box! Plenty of calls for a penalty are sternly denied by the referee Benjamin Brand.
Sane and Gnabry switching wings from time to time to cause problems for the Hoffenheim defence. Sane puts in a nice cross from the opposing wing on his left foot, but it's cleared away for a corner.
GOOAAAAALLLLLL!!! Oh my word. Fantastic corner from Hoffenheim into a very crowded 6-yard box and Bicakcic darts a header into the bottom corner! Hoffenheim 1-0 up now and in dreamland.
Valiant attempt from Davies to head the ball off the goal line, but the sheer pace on that header made it a near impossibility to do so and the ball ricocheted off his head into the roof of the net.
Davies rolls a pass to around the edge of the box and a gorgeous dummy from Thomas Muller allows Zirkzee to have a shot, who unfortunately skies his effort well over the bar.
Christoph Baumgartner does well to beat his man on the right, but he rushes a short pass into the edge of the box that is comfortably cleared by Bayern.
Curling cross from Gnabry is headed out by Bicakcic for a corner. The resulting corner is headed away by the Hoffenheim defence and that almost sends Kramaric free on the counter.
Lovely build-up play from Bayern leads to a tricky cross from Sane out on the left, but the Hoffenheim 'keeper Baumann punches it away while the referee whistles for a foul.

FAMILIAR FOES?
Sebastian Hoeneß is not the only of the two managers to have experience at the opposing club, as Bayern Munich gaffer Hansi Flick was in charge at Hoffenheim from 2000 to 2005, getting them promotion from the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg to the Regionalliga Süd during his time there. Surely not even he could have predicted the progress Hoffenheim have made since then.
Although facing Bayern Munich is always an extremely daunting prospect, Hoffenheim's record against them is fairly good. They beat them 2-1 away early last season, for example...
So in terms of changes, Bayern have understandably swapped 4 players out from their UEFA Super Cup win on Thursday, with Jérôme Boateng replacing Niklas Süle as David Alaba's centre-back partner, Alphonso Davies coming in for Lucas Hernandez at left-back and Corentin Tolisso replacing Leon Goretzka in the centre of midfield. Perhaps the biggest surprise though, is Dutch under-19 international Joshua Zirkzee making only his 4th ever Bundesliga start. Back in February, he got a goal and an assist in a 6-0 rout against today's opponents on his first Bundesliga start.
Just a solitary change for Hoffenheim though, who have moved Ghanaian international defender Kasim Adams to the bench in favour of Stefan Posch.

Hello and welcome to LIVE updates of the Bundesliga clash between Hoffenheim and Bayern Munich at the PreZero Arena.
Last year's treble winners Bayern Munich romped to an 8-0 win against Schalke to open their league campaign before edging Sevilla 2-1 in extra time to lift the UEFA Super Cup on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the hosts enjoyed a winning start to their campaign too under their new manager Sebastian Hoeneß, who previously managed Bayern's reserves and under-19 side. Andrej Kramaric, who has been Hoffenheim's top goalscorer for the past two seasons, netted a hattrick to secure a late 3-2 victory against FC Köln.
