MANCHESTER UNITED ARE THROUGH TO THE QUARTER-FINALS!
What a stunning finish in Paris. A penalty awarded by VAR, and tucked away by Rashford in the 94th minute, has sent United through on away goals!
My. Word. At least five PSG players drop to the ground in disbelief.
- Yellow cardLuke ShawManchester United
Chong gives the ball away twice and Shaw goes in the book... How much longer?!
Cross comes in and Marquinhos goes down BEGGING for a penalty. No chance.
- OffDani AlvesParis Saint-Germain
- OnEdinson CavaniParis Saint-Germain
On comes Cavani!!!
For some reason De Gea doesn't catch a ball and he punches it instead.... it's out for a corner but Di Maria's cross is cleared.
What a finish!!
- Goal by penaltyMarcus RashfordManchester United
What a penalty from Rashford. He smashes it into the top corner leaving Buffon no chance.
The Parc des Princes is STUNNED.

UNITED ARE MOMENTS AWAY FROM GOING THROUGH!
Rashford to take.............
It appears to strike the elbow of Kimpembe... the referee is checking the screen by the side of the pitch,,,
AND HE'S GIVEN A PENALTY!!!!!!!!!!!
Score and United could be through!!
Now they're checking the incident on VAR!!! Did Dalot's strike hit an arm?? Is it inside the area??
Dalot's strike is deflected and it's out for a United corner...
- OffAshley YoungManchester United
- OnMason GreenwoodManchester United
What a moment. On comes 17-year-old Mason Greenwood as United go and chase that big third goal.
CLOSE! Not often we see this... Mbappe is through on goal but he stumbles as he looks to round De Gea some 18 yards out. A quality tackle from Smalling then denies Mbappe.
OFF THE POST! Moments later it falls for Bernat, but his shot from a narrow angle strikes the post.
PSG chasing a second goal to a degree, but this time De Gea bats away a Meunier cross.
The hosts will be happy to keep possession, but it just needs one United chance...
- OffAndreas PereiraManchester United
- OnTahith ChongManchester United
Here comes Chong for his third appearance of the season, and first in Europe! Wow.
Huge roar as Di Maria calls for some noise as he goes over to take a corner... the corner is played short and misses its target though!
15 minutes or so to go. Anything can happen.
- Yellow cardLeandro ParedesParis Saint-Germain
Doesn't take long for Paredes to go in the book for a poor challenge!
There is Young AGAIN in the right place at the right time. Mbappe slides a ball across the six-yard area, but with Di Maria ready to pounce, there is Young to clear it away.
- OffParis Saint-Germain
- OnThomas MeunierParis Saint-Germain
And Meunier replaces Kehrer, who has had a night to forget.
- OffThilo KehrerParis Saint-Germain
- OnLeandro ParedesParis Saint-Germain
Off goes Draxler then.
Looks as though Draxler has pulled his hamstring. He signals to the bench he must come off...
Too close to call in Portugal...
Second half short of chances but with 25 minutes to go, it remains there for the taking for United - remarkable to even be able to say that.
Mbappe volleys over from a Draxler cross, but the ball went out for a goal-kick before the ball came in.
Marquinhos goes down like a sack of spuds as McTominay hands him off - then the PSG man sparks a 10-player confrontation or so, but it all soon dies down before it ever really kicked off.
Now it's Young who makes a vital interception for United as a PSG cross comes in. Half-an-hour to go - finely poised.
Lukaku comes back on and looks fine to continue.
Lukaku lands awkwardly after going up for a header and while he receives treatment, both teams use the break to have a drink and talk tactics.
NO GOAL! It's a lovely flick from Mbappe for Di Maria, who lifts it over De Gea and in... The flag goes up though, and the referee just gets a word in the ear to ensure it won't count.
Such an edge to this game now, PSG far from convincing in defence when United attach. On a knife-edge.
Di Maria lofts in a tempting cross and Dani Alves looks set to volley first time, but Lindelof nips in to make a vital interception.
Slow start to the half, United just trying a few balls over the top to no avail.
Cavani watches on for PSG, wonder if they'll turn to the returning Uruguayan.
Funny old situation for PSG to handle now, they're through as it stands but now a United goal will send them out. Surely you've got to go for it somewhat?
- 2nd Half
And we are back under way for the second half in Paris, who knows what's in store.
Meanwhile - exodus in Madrid?
- End of 1st Half
Some half of football. PSG enjoyed almost 80% possession that half, but two mistakes have allowed Lukaku to score twice either side of a Juan Bernat goal, which just about gives the French side the advantage with one half to go.
One more United goal would do the trick.
ONE minuted added on.
Half-chance for United to score a third but Dalot's cross is deflected and saved by Buffon. Nervy, nervy, nervy, and PSG have previous...
PSG have looked flat since United's second - stunning first half of football, this.
Gigi won't want to see this howler again.
JUST WIDE! A free-kick is dinked over the top for Rashford, and he takes a touch before firing wide of the far post. The flag then goes up to signal offside, just in case VAR would have been needed, but not this time!
- OffEric BaillyManchester United
- OnDiogo DalotManchester United
Bailly took a hit from Verratti a few minutes ago and he won't be able to continue.
He was getting a fair amount of flack for his performance in the opening half-hour, and on comes Dalot.
- Yellow cardÁngel Di MaríaParis Saint-Germain
Di Maria's volley appears to be going wide but it's still blocked by Smalling - moments later Di Maria goes in late on McTominay and is booked. Not much in that, but the first yellow of the night.
PSG have enjoyed more than 80% possession, and they've been strolling around since equalising... but they're 2-1 down on the night!
One more United goal without reply and they're through.
- GoalRomelu LukakuManchester United
GOAL LUKAKU! What is going on?!?
Buffon spills a Rashford attempt from distance, and there is Lukaku to tap in the loose ball! Stunning!
Oh Rashford... PSG may be dominating but it's a chance for United as Kehrer slips and gives Rasford plenty of space down the left. But it's neither a cross nor shot really as it's nowhere near the goal and nowhere near Lukaku as it rolls out for a goal-kick. Disappointing.
Training ground stuff now - PSG are hardly even attacking, just dominating possession.
Sorry, but, what? Why?
OVER! United fail to deal with a corner and it falls for Silva at a tight angle, but he fires over the bar.
Sounds about right.
JUST WIDE! So close from Di Maria, who is in fine form tonight, but his left-footed strike from distance is just a whisker wide of the far post.
SAVE! Far too much room for PSG's players at times, Di Maria plays it over to Bernat, and with Bailly nowhere to be seen, his effort is straight at De Gea and parried away.
PSG responded superbly to going a goal down. They only conceded due to an error, and shrugged it off in style.
The hosts are dominating at the moment.
Di Maria's deep cross finds Alves beyond the back post, but he rushes his attempt and fires wildly over.
It was the initial pass for Mbappe which VAR was just checking for offside, but the referee was given the green light and PSG have restored their two-goal advantage.
- GoalJuan BernatParis Saint-Germain
GOAL FOR PSG!
VAR just having a look at whether this goal will count... and it does!
Mbappe slides a cross across the six-yard box and there is Juan Bernat to tap in the leveller on the night.
Brilliant from Smalling again, as he sticks to Mbappe like glue to prevent the forward turning in a cross after United initially failed to deal with the first ball in.
Kehrer mistake. Silva caught out. Buffon rounded.
CHANCES! Two Di Maria crosses... the first one along the floor just evades Mbappe, while the second one finds the Frenchman, but Smalling makes the block.
Clinical from Lukaku, and he did well to meet the ball after rounding Buffon before it went out, sliding towards it and sending it in from a narrow angle.
- GoalRomelu LukakuManchester United
GOAL FOR LUKAKU!
My word, what a start for Man Utd. Inside two minutes, a Kehrer mistake sees Lukaku through on goal, and he rounds the goalkeeper before sliding the ball into the empty net!
Clumsy early challenge from Fred leaves Di Maria in a heap - letting him know he's there early, and all that.
- 1st Half
We are under way in the rain in Paris. PSG have a 2-0 lead to defend, but will they attack from the off? One goal would leave United needing three without reply…
Out they come at the Parc des Princes. First, the Champions League anthem, and then we'll get going!
A tall order for United…
Paris Saint-Germain have lost just one of their last 16 Champions League games at home (W10 D5), but that defeat came in the Round of 16 last season against Real Madrid (1-2).
Incoming at Old Trafford?
Mbappe to continue trend?
Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe has found the net in six of his seven Champions League appearances against British clubs (6 goals in total).
Time to fight…
"We can't write games off, we've been fantastic away from home," said manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. "We're not going to go out without giving a fight.
"It's a difficult task but we can do it. We need to get the first goal and then we need to stay in the game, because if there's only one goal in it anything can happen. We need a good plan and we need to perform on the night."
Just look at that United bench! It tells a story I hardly need to add to.
Teenagers Chong, Garner, Greenwood and Gomes are all among the subs, as United make five changes. Fred comes in for Pogba.
PSG XI: Buffon, Kehrer, Silva, Kimpembe, Bernat, Verratti, Marquinhos, Dani Alves, Draxler, Di Maria, Mbappe
Subs: Areola, Paredes, Cavani, Meunier, Choupo-Moting, Kurzawa, Dagba
Man Utd XI: De Gea, Young, Bailly, Smalling, Lindelof, Shaw, McTominay, Fred, Pereira, Rashford, Lukaku
Subs: Romero, Dalot, Rojo, Garner, Gomes, Chong, Greenwood
Welcome along to the live text for Manchester United’s last-16 second-leg trip to Paris Saint-Germain, who hold a 2-0 lead on aggregate.
United have the proverbial mountain to climb tonight, and a string of injuries have depleted their squad, but you just never know. Let’s take a look at the teams…
Right then. Another dose of Champions League drama? After Ajax’s heroics last night, who knows…
