Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named an attacking side for Manchester United’s must-win clash at Barcelona in the Champions League.

United trail 1-0 following the first leg at Old Trafford, so Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford are all named in the starting XI.

They famously overcome a two-goal deficit against PSG in the last round, while it has been impossible to avoid Solskjaer’s winning goal from the 1999 final against Bayern Munich at Camp Nou in the build-up.

Barcelona name Philippe Coutinho – linked with a switch to United in recent weeks – in their attack alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

The winners meet Liverpool or Porto in the semi-finals.

Barcelona: Ter Stegen, Sergi Roberto, Pique, Lenglet, Alba, Rakitic, Busquets, Arthur, Messi, Suarez, Coutinho… Subs: Cillessen, Semedo, Dembele, Malcom, Vidal, Umtiti, Alena.

Manchester United: De Gea, Jones, Lindelof, Smalling, Young, Fred, McTominay, Pogba, Martial, Lingard, Rashford… Subs: Romero, Dalot, Andreas, Matic, Mata, Sanchez, Lukaku.
