Son is in behind the defence and with a chance of pulling one back and a feint hope, he slams it straight at the 'keeper!
Another effort from Coutinho, rising, from the edge of the box that Gazzaniga slaps away.

Coutinho slams a long distance strike at the crossbar which thunders down on the goalline and away. Almost three.

Bayern are staggeringly useless at clearing the ball which allows Lo Celso to slam a shot at goal from the edge of the box. It goes miles wide.

MARY POPPINS. Gnabry slams a shot against the post, it comes to Thiago and somehow he plops the ball wide only a few yards out. Madon'.

Lo Celso is cleaned out by Kimmich. As the midfieder jogs backwards the German just stands in the way and sends him to the floor. That's a booking. Lo Celso booked too. Wyd?
Muller fires in a cross that Rose blocks. Davies, meanwhile is down after a clash of heads but seems OK to continue. Bayern will take a corner on the right with Kimmich.

Gnabry's shot is deflected wide, I think by a lungng Foyth, and that's a corner on the left. Kimmich takes and it's cleared.

This is a chance for Mourinho to find out about Giovani Lo Celso, and to an extent, Tanganga, Skipp and Parrott if they get on the pitch.

Spurs are second in the group and are seven points clear of Crvena Zvezda, so that explains why Harry Kane has his pyjamas on somewhere, I expect.
Right, those sides. For Bayern, David Alaba is absent and Robert Lewandowski is on the bench. This is because Bayern are top of their group and cannot be challenged in top spot.
Spurs: Gazzaniga, Walker-Peters, Foyth, Alderweireld, Rose, Dier, Sissoko, Lo Celso, Eriksen, Sessegnon, Lucas. Subs: Austin, Sanchez, Tanganga, Skipp, Wanyama, Son, Parrott.
