Dybala's stunning freekick right at the end of the first half proves to be the difference between the two teams. This wasn't a Champions League classic, but Juventus did enough to clinch top spot in the group while Atletico Madrid still have work to do to make the round of 16.

- End of 2nd Half
FULL TIME: Juventus 1-0 Atletico Madrid
What a chance! For the first time in the match Atletico Madrid cut open Juventus, with the pass played right across the face of goal, but Morata can't make a connection. Would he have been offside?
Atletico Madrid aren't creating much, but Juventus aren't doing very good job of seeing this match out. They have been slack in possession over the last few minutes. Risky.
There was a chance there for Juventus to spring out on the rapid counter attack, but the pass forward to Ronaldo wasn't good enough. He might have got on the end of that a few year ago.
There will be four minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the match.
VAR check! The officials check a potential handball from De Ligt, but there was nothing in that and the review only lasts a few seconds. The Dutch defender chested the ball quite clearly.
Blame me when Atletico Madrid score a late equaliser, but we have seen nothing from the Spaniards to suggest they will snatch something from this match to take back home.
- OffRodrigo BentancurJuventus
- OnSami KhediraJuventus
Khedria comes on for Juventus. The former Liverpool man will get the last five minutes or so.
Atletico Madrid are seeing more of the ball now. They are camped in the Juventus half, but the home side seem quite comfortable just letting them pass around the central area.
Crunching tackle! Felix played the pass out to Correa, he controlled and looked ready to test Szczesny, but De Ligt got across to make the crunching tackle. What an intervention that was.
PICTURE: It's been a tough night for Atleti so far.
De Ligt has been solid this evening. The young Dutch defender has come under scrutiny since making the move from Ajax in the summer, but he has looked the part again here.
This has been a really strange performance from Atletico Madrid. They need a result from this game to boost their chances of making the last 16, but they have been so tame.
Indeed, Dybala is entitled to feel disappointed that he's the one who has been hooked for the final 10 minutes. On this showing it's clear that Ronaldo still isn't up to match sharpness.
Atletico Madrid are currently a team without an identity. That has been the problem for them this season. Their reliance on Griezmann has also been exposed since he left for Barcelona.
Will we see a late fight back from Atletico Madrid? This has been a meek performance from them so far. Simeone has surely been disappointed with what he has seen so far.
PICTURE: Dybala netted a stunner in the first half.
- OffPaulo DybalaJuventus
- OnGonzalo HiguaínJuventus
Dybala gets a standing ovation from the Juventus fans as he comes off for Higuain.
Oblak has been a bit shaky this evening. That's not a good sign for Atletico Madrid given how important he is to them. This time the Slovenian goalkeeper gives away a cheap corner.
Just to recap, this result will see Juventus secure top spot in the group, while Atletico Madrid will still need one more result to clinch their place in the last 16 of the Champions League.
This is a very attacking team Simeone now has on the pitch, but Atletico Madrid haven't exactly created much in this second half. Juventus look to be in full control of the contest.
Header over the bar! That was a difficult one for Morata. The cross was a looping one and so he had to generate all the power himself, but he sends his header harmlessly over the bar.
There was a VAR review for something and then Juventus were unhappy that Atletico Madrid didn't give them the ball back. Must admit, not sure what that was all about.
Off the post! That was inches away from being a second Juventus goal. Bernardeschi cut a shot back himself and struck the base of the post. Oblak was completely wrong-footed by that effort!
- OffRenan LodiAtlético Madrid
- OnThomas LemarAtlético Madrid
Simeone is using his third and final change to introduce Lemar off the Atletico Madrid bench.
- OffAaron RamseyJuventus
- OnFederico BernardeschiJuventus
Sarri makes a change of his own with Ramsey coming off. The Welshman put in a decent performance.
- OffHéctor HerreraAtlético Madrid
- OnÁngel CorreaAtlético Madrid
On comes Correa. Simeone clearly believes his Atleti team needs more energy and movement in attack.
That's the first real sight of goal that Ronaldo has had this evening. And that illustrates the issue Atleti might face as they press for an equaliser in these final 25 minutes. They might leave themselves light at the back.
RONALDO... high and wide! Atletico Madrid were caught up the pitch, Ronaldo was released on the counter, he shifted the ball on to his left foot, but gets it all wrong and slices high and wide.
Felix shot is blocked! Just for a moment it looked like the Portuguese forward would test Szczesny with a shot from the edge of the box, but De Ligt made the block to stop him.
PICTURE: Ronaldo has been kept quiet so far.
- Yellow cardHéctor HerreraAtlético Madrid
It's another yellow card, this time for Herrera who pushed Ronaldo to the ground.
The cross came in from Lodi who had made a run down the left side, but the cross evaded Morata as the Atletico Madrid striker rose in an attempt to get on the end of it.
Felix got off to a good start as an Atletico Madrid player, but the Portuguese teenager has since struggled. Simeone hasn't really settled on where he wants to play his record signing.
- OffVitoloAtlético Madrid
- OnJoão FélixAtlético Madrid
Indeed, there's the Atleti change and Felix comes on for Vitolo. Will that make a difference?
It looks like Simeone might be about to make a change. He has recognised that Atletico Madrid need something extra because this system and team isn't working for them right now.
- Yellow cardSaúlAtlético Madrid
Saul has actually been booked for the foul on Bonucci. It looked like Morata has been shown the yellow at first.
Atletico Madrid have the ball in the back of the net, but the whistle was blown long before Morata tucked it away. There was a foul on Bonucci from Saul well before the goal.
Just to recap, Juventus are already through to the last 16 of the Champions League, although a win here will see them clinch top spot. Whereas Atleti need a win to secure a last 16 place.
It's remarkable to see the turnaround in Dybala's fortunes since the summer. He has become a key figure for Sarri and now has seven goals for the season already. What a player.
PICTURE: Dybala's goal is the difference between the two teams at the moment.
The hosts had bodies up from the back for a freekick, but Bonucci was adjudged to have committed a foul in the box as he attempted to get on the end of the chipped delivery.
Dybala scored right at the end of the first half to give Juventus the lead. That's bad news for Atletico Madrid because they need a win to secure their place in the round of 16.
- 2nd Half
The second half is under way! Juventus have a 1-0 lead over Atletico Madrid in this Champions League group stage fixture.
What did you make of the first half at the Allianz Stadium? Do Juventus deserve to be ahead? Should Oblak have done better with the freekick strike from Dybala? Tweet me!
- End of 1st Half
HALF TIME: Juventus 1-0 Atletico Madrid. Dybala gives the Old Lady the lead right on the stroke of half time, although Oblak will be unhappy that he wasn't able to get the freekick out.
- GoalPaulo DybalaJuventus
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL! Juventus 1 (46 mins - Paolo Dybala) Atletico Madrid 0. What a stunning strike! It's Dybala! He has given Juventus the lead just before half time! The angle from the freekick looked to be far too tight, but Dybala somehow managed to get his strike past Oblak! Might the goalkeeper have done better? Maybe.
There will be two minutes of stoppage time played at the end of the first half.
The last few minutes of this half have been really scrappy. Juventus give it away, then Atletico Madrid give it away... there has been a real lack of quality from both teams, to be honest.
It feels like Juventus are starting to turn the screw on Atletico Madrid. Simeone will be relatively pleased with how this first half has gone, but he'll want more attacking intent in the second half.
Danilo needed to get his head on that. The cross from Trippier on the right side picked up a deflection, Morata was sizing it up and waiting for it to reach him, but the clearance was made.
- Yellow cardRenan LodiAtlético Madrid
And now it's Lodi who enters the referee's book for a foul on Ronaldo.
PICTURE: Thomas has been a driving force for Atletico Madrid.
Ramsey is settling nicely into this Juventus team. The Welshman's season was staggered at the start due to injury, but it looks like Sarri is a fan of what he offers the Old Lady.
This is more like the sort of Atletico Madrid we have seen in recent years under Simeone. That's not a bad thing. While they have struggled to create, they have been organised.
- Yellow cardRodrigo BentancurJuventus
There's a booking for Bentancur for tripping Vitolo. That was a little harsh given it was only his first offence.
Pjanic got that all wrong! Everyone thought that Ronaldo was going to shoot from a tight angle, but he played the short freekick to Pjanic on the edge of the box. He drags his effort wide, though.
- Yellow cardMario HermosoAtlético Madrid
Hermoso is shown the first yellow card of the night for an arm in the face of Dybala.
Atletico Madrid have got themselves into some decent positions in the opening 30 minutes of this match, but they have failed to make the most of those opportunities. Toothless so far.
Another Rihanna update...
Not a great deal happening in this game at the moment. The first group match between these two teams was an open, entertaining affair. It hasn't really been the same so far tonight.
Morata and Vitolo are playing as an orthodox front two. Costa is out injured at the moment, although he probably wouldn't have started anyway such has been his poor form this season.
PICTURE: No breakthrough for Ronaldo (or Juventus) yet.
Atletico Madrid are without Gimenez and Savic this evening and so Juventus will be looking to test the second string centre back partnership of Hermoso and Felipe at the back.
Look who's at the game!
At the second attempt! Saul got the shot away on goal from outside the box, Szczesny makes the save, but he very nearly fumbles it to Morata. He grabs it at the second attempt.
Juventus started the better of the two teams, but Atletico Madrid are enjoying a better spell now. They are knocking the ball around the midfield trying to pull the Juve defence out of position.
It's worth recapping that Juventus are already through to the Champions League last 16, but they can secure top spot in the group with a win this evening. They have a safety net.
What a sensational touch that was from Dybala. The Argentine plucked the ball out of the sky with seemingly no effort at all. The home fans inside the Allianz Stadium applaud.
That was a chance! A glorious opportunity for Atletico Madrid! Saul got on the end of a cross into the middle, he was completely free, but could only guide his header over the crossbar! He should have hit the target!
The idea was that Atletico Madrid would look to modernise their style of play this season. That they would try to be more expansive, but that hasn't really happened for them.
Ronaldo is a bit sore after running into the corner flag and breaking it in two! He's wincing, but it's nothing serious. Breathe easy, Juventus fans. Ronaldo hans't been injured by a corner flag.
PICTURE: Ronaldo is back for Juventus this evening.
After a tentative start it seems that Atletico Madrid are starting to come into this one. They are showing more attacking intent, particularly through Trippier down the right side.
Atletico Madrid made Juventus pay from set pieces in the last game between these two teams, but the Old Lady haven't actually conceded another set piece goal in the time since then.
Vitolo gets the shot away! Trippier won the ball high up the pitch, Vitolo turned back on himself just inside the box, but his effort was deflected wide for a corner kick. Atleti showing intent.
The case of Dybala is an interesting one. It was no secret that Sarri wanted to get rid of the Argentine in the summer, but he has actually become a very important figure for Juve since then.
Juventus managed to take a 2-0 lead at the Metropolitano in the first group game between these two teams, but Atletico Madrid fought back to claim a 2-2 draw. More of the same tonight?
Dybala shot on target! That's the first time Oblak has been called upon. Dybala played a one-two with Ramsey and then got the shot off from a tight angle, but the Slovenian made the save.
Of course, Morata is a former Juventus player. He was excellent for the Old Lady, but has struggled somewhat since leaving Turin for both Chelsea and now Atletico Madrid.
There were questions over De Ligt's fitness coming into this match, but the Dutch defender has made the starting lineup. He hasn't had the best of starts to life at Juventus.
That was a good driving run from Thomas, but his shot is blocked once he got to the edge of the box. Thomas has been one of the highlights of Atletico Madrid's season so far.
It's been a strong start from Juventus. They are the ones controlling the ball with Atletico Madrid quite happy to sit deep, absorb the pressure and then hit out on the counter attack.
Talking about managers, Simeone is under real pressure at the moment. He has been untouchable over eight years as Atleti manager, but his team are really struggling right now.
Sarri has won eight out of eight at home since taking over at Juventus in the summer. The former Chelsea boss is making quite the impression in Turin despite his doubters.
Ronaldo has an extraordinary record against Atletico Madrid. He has scored 25 times in 34 games against them. They must have thought they had seen the last of him when he left Real Madrid.
This could be one of the games of the night in the Champions League. The pressure is largely on Atletico Madrid as they attempt to confirm their qualification for the round of 16.

Okay, here we go. We're about to get started at the Allianz Stadium. Kick off is just moments away.
Juventus have a strong-looking bench this evening. Sarri will have options if things don't go to plan for his team.
'The Chaaaaaaampions!' The two teams are out on the pitch in Turin for the famous anthem. Ronaldo isn't singing along this time.
With Bayer Leverkusen winning against Lokomotiv Moscow earlier tonight there is pressure on Atletico Madrid to get the job done tonight. Victory will see them qualify for the last 16.
Under pressure! Atletico Madrid have struggled to get going this season. In fact, Simeone has come under real scrutiny from his own fans, that's how bad the results and performances have been.

Ronaldo is back! The Portuguese forward has been struggling with injury recently, but he's back in the Juventus starting lineup for this one tonight. Ronaldo has an excellent record against Atletico Madrid over the years.
