FT: IT'S ALL OVER! Frank Lampard celebrates on the pitch with his young team. I've not seen scenes like this at Elland Road. The Leeds players slump on their backs. It's been a breath-taking game, and Derby will play Aston Villa in the final for a place in the Premier League at Wembley on May 27.
Derby are so nearly there........
OVER! There was Izzy Brown's moment in the spotlight. He tries to side-foot it with pace up and over the wall but that's not troubling Roos!
RED CARD!! Scott Malone is shown his second yellow card after a late challenge on Pablo Hernandez. It's 10 against 10 for the final few minutes as Lampard responds by bringing Ashley Cole on for Harry Wilson.
Hope for Leeds as the fourth official indicates there will be a minimum of FIVE ADDED MINUTES.
SAVE!! A double save from Roos as Dallas and Clarke are both denied by swerving strikes!
The Derby fans are wildly celebrating, and so they should. They are two minutes plus stoppage time away from a place at Wembley.
SUB! The Derby supporters and their coaching staff went absolutely wild at that goal but Leeds still just need one goal as Jack Clarke replaces Klich. Izzy Brown replaces Bamford moments later. What can they muster?
GOOOOAAAALLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Leeds 2-4 Derby. What a sub this has proven as Jack Marriott dinks the ball over Casilla!!
Keogh did so well to evade a couple of challenges in midfield before finding the substitute on the right in space, and it's a really delicate finish over the committed Casilla.
NO PENALTY! Bamford catches Tomori and he is surely only one more foul away from joining Berardi in having an early bath. Wilson goes down inside the box under pressure Harrison but referee Taylor waves away the protests!!
Bamford needs to calm down too now as he is fortunate not to be shown a second yellow. Keogh lauches himself at the resulting free-kick with Casilla flapping around outside his six-yard box once more. What next??
RED CARD!!! It's a lunge on Johnson and a foolish Gaetano Berardi is shown his second yellow card. Advantage Derby!
YELLOW! Derby feel like they should have another penalty after Berardi has his hands all over Marriott but Anthony Taylor doesn't take kindly to the appeals from the Rams bench led by Pablo Quiroga, who is shown a booking.
BOOKED! Berardi is the latest Leeds player to go into the book as he stops the run of the lively Mount. This is a decent position for Wilson just out on the right.
A look at the replays show that Dallas was fractionally offside when he collected the pass from Klich. It was a wonderful finish, but by fine margins are these games decided. No offside flag and Leeds have taken full advantage!
BOOKED! Mason Mount has caught Dallas there after he had done well to cover Bogle. He was over eager, and he can have no complaints. It's a foul and a yellow card.
WIDE!!!! Leeds very nearly have the lead once more in the tie as he takes the return from Bamford and just can't get his shot on target. Where is the defending in this game?? Huddlestone allowed the full-back to just waltz past him.
GOOAAAALL!!!!!! Leeds 2-3 Derby. That's the character of Leeds, they just don't know when they're beaten as Stuart Dallas takes the touch from Klich, cuts inside Keogh and finds the bottom corner!! A rare outburst of emotion from Marcelo Bielsa as the tie is levelled!!!
SUB!!! And with that, Mason Bennett makes way for Tom Huddlestone. Bielsa crouches down perplexed by what he is seeing as the Derby fans sing, "Leeds are falling apart again!"
GOOOAAAAALLL!!!!!! Leeds 1-3 Derby. This is incredible!!!! Harry Wilson steps up and sends Casilla the wrong way!!! He's scored some important goals this season, and none more important than this.
PENALTY DERBY!!!! What a silly decision from Cooper and Leeds are falling apart. He's clearly pulled the shirt of Bennett as he tries to meet the pass from Lawrence. Referee Anthony Taylor sees it and points to the spot!!!
Shackleton is getting forward an awful lot down the right, causing Malone all sorts of problems. The shot from Ayling this time clears the crossbar.
BLOCK!! No real appeal from the players as Malone bravely dives across to block another shot from Hernandez. What a brave response from Leeds as Roos initially saved the shot from Bamford.
BLOCK!! Derby escape as the cross from the right is met by Harrison, but Keogh is there to block the goalbound shot!!
This is the 33rd season of the Championship Play-Offs, and no side has previously overcome a 2-0 deficit at their opponent's ground.
The game is stretched as Tomori over-commits, but Leeds can't take advantage. Wilson wins a free-kick after a foul from Stuart Dallas.
Both these teams think the best form of defence is attack, and it's so good to watch. We're in for an intriguing last 40 minutes in this game.
SAVE!!! Leeds are all over the place now as Bogle gets forward and beyond Harrison down the right. The cut-back is deflected into the path of Mount, but this time Casilla makes a vital save with his feet to keep the score at 2-1!!!!
GOOOAAALLL!!!!! Leeds 1-2 Derby. What an unbelievable start to this second half! Straight from kick off, 40 seconds after the resumption of this match, the Rams are ahead!
Richard Keogh knocks the ball into Wilson and on the half-turn he sees the run of Mason Mount out of the corner of his eye. The on-loan Chelsea midfielder cuts inside and just about manages to keep his balance to dink the ball over Casilla!!
Derby get us back up and running in this second period. We are as we were, no changes at the break.
HT: Leeds 1-1 Derby. That half flew by, and right on the stroke of the interval, the visitors have hope after a disastrous mix-up involving Kiko Casilla and his centre-back Liam Cooper.
Cooper was in complete control of the situation, but with his goalkeeper charging out, he panicked, allowing Marriott to pounce with his very first touch. Stuart Dallas' opener has been cancelled out and we have a game.
Casilla needs to calm down. He's out sweeping again despite Phillips being in total control. Lampard comes out barking, feeling there's a foul from Phillips as Marriott is again causing problems. Casilla's head is scrambled.
GOOOOOAAAALLLLL!!!!!!!! Leeds 1-1 Derby. Talk about an impact!! Cooper and Casilla have a horrendous misunderstanding, and the ball is left on a plate for the man who has just come on as Jack Marriott knocks the ball into the empty net!!
Duane Holmes is the man who looks set to make way as Jack Marriott prepares to come on in an early Derby change.
OFF THE POST! Bennett so nearly gets one back for the Rams as Bamford can only direct Wilson's corner onto the striker's head, but his effort back across goal hits the woodwork with Casilla rooted to the spot!
Derby are still awaiting their first shot on target in the tie, as Bennett combines with Bogle, but the full-back is met by a wall of white and is unable to get his shot away with any real purpose.
GOAL TIME...
Here's Dallas delighting in his opening, opportune strike.
Just now, Harrison shows wonderful pace to get past Bogle before putting into a really inviting cross that should be nudged home but there's no takers!
SHOT! Great skill, awareness and positioning from Phillips leads to the ball being worked to Bamford. He drags the ball from underneath his feet in an attempt to create some space up against Tomori but his eventual shot on his right foot is tame and collected easily by Roos.
OFF THE BAR!!!! That's a really dangerous game by Derby as they try to play out from the back. Klich is onto it in a flash and after he plays the ball into Hernandez down the right, he receives the ball back and sees his shot deflect off Keogh and thud the crossbar!
BOOKED! Patrick Bamford is booked after another blatant attempt to deceive the referee, going down far too easily inside the box under a challenge from Richard Keogh.
GOOOOOAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!!!!! Leeds 1-0 Derby. It's a massive goal and Leeds are closing in on a place in the Championship Play-Off final.
The free-kick from Kalvin Phillips is fired all the way through, just missing Cooper and evading Roos as the ball comes back off the far post, Stuart Dallas is first to react to tap home into the empty net. Derby's task has just got a lot tougher.
Patrick Bamford was a Championship Play-Off final runner up with Derby back in 2014 and he earns his side a free-kick after another foul, this time from Johnson.
So far, we've had 11 fouls in 23 minutes.
BOOKED! Malone goes into the book for a late challenge on Hernandez. It's all very needless, and Lawrence has joined his team-mate in the book for dissent.
Malone had stopped the Spaniard from taking a quick throw-in, and the reaction to Malone has earned Hernandez a booking as well!
No messing about from Anthony Taylor.
Harrison just catches the foot of Bogle, who gingerly gets back to his feet having won the free-kick. Jack Marrioot is already out warming up. You wonder how long it will be before we see him out there.
Mount and Dallas have a little bit of afters which Taylor has to deal with. It was the follow through from Mount which caught Dallas. He's fortunate the Leeds man didn't make too much of it.
OVER! Klich this time is found down the right and he does brilliantly to find the overlapping Ayling marauding down the centre but his unorthodozx volley does not land on target. That's how you get around the high press.
CLOSE! Derby counter down the left as Bennett gets the better of Berardi, fizzes in a low cross and he'll be unhappy there wasn't more bodies in the box to meet it!
Leeds have just looked to take the sting out of this fine start from Derby, with 33 per cent of the ball having been in the home side's half so far.
Cooper finds the head of Malone as he seeks the run of Bamford down the right. Leeds are forced back by this high-pressing Derby side who know exactly what they need to do tonight.
Derby have to be mindful on the turnover, but this diamond formation has taken Bielsa and his side by surprise. Not something you would expect, especially given his knowledge of these opponents!
Lively old start and perhaps a case to be made that Derby have caused the hosts more problems than in the entire of the first leg already.
Good movement off the ball from Mount allows Lawrence to win his side a throw-in deep in Leeds' half.
Phillips delivers from the right, Derby fail to clear but Ayling's speculative volley loops up harmlessly for Roos to collect.
Straight down the other end, the route one clearance causes problems for Berardi.
Casilla is in No Man's Land as he attempts to complete the clearance and Wilson is caught as he tries to find the unguarded net from distance. Anthony Taylor says that's a foul!
Mount goes for goal, but it deflects off the wall for a corner!
Phillips sweeps up behind Ayling after Mount won his first duel. When Derby are out of possession, Wilson is marking Phillips.
Bamford gets there in front of Tomori, and the centre-back is booked in his failed attempts to regain the ball. Great pace from Bamford to get away from the Derby man. Looked a bit harsh but Leeds have the chance to load the box.
Bit of a tactical surprise in these early stages with Derby playing a diamond with Johnson at the base and Lawrence as the tip. Let's see how that plays out.
Elland Road is bouncing as Dallas wins his side an early free-kick after Lawrence got a little too close for the referee's liking. Anthony Taylor is the match official as Bogle is jeered with his first few touches.
The Leeds fans twirl the free scarves provided for all home supporters above their heads. It's a warm evening in Yorkshire.
What a noise and what a challenge awaits these Derby players. It's time to step up and be counted. It's Leeds who get us up and running.
OUT COME THE TEAMS!
The mindgames have already started as these two sides should already be out on the pitch. Chop, chop!
Richard Keogh leads out the Derby players with a huge leap and jump as he enters the field. The Leeds anthem plays out, Marching On Together.
Is this the final game for them at Elland Road as a Championship club, after all these years?
STATE OF PLAY
Away goals don't count tonight, so if Derby were to win 2-1, the match would still go to extra time, with the possibility of penatlies if the score remains the same during the additional 30 minutes.
Anything but a Derby win will see Leeds through. Simple as that.

THE WARM-UPS ARE UNDERWAY...
LAMPARD: WE MUST BE DRIVEN
Frank Lampard has been speaking ahead of tonight's second leg.
He said of the first leg: "In watching it back, I thought we competed really well and unfortunate, maybe, not to go in level. It was a tough match and well thought. There are little lessons to be learnt but I thought the lads gave everything and will have to give everything and more on Wednesday.
"At Elland Road, there will be a big atmosphere and they are a good team. We shouldn't be too negative about where we are at, but we have to understand the situation. We have to win the game, if we win the game we will be at least taking it to extra time. It is all there for us.
"Little things didn't go our way on Saturday, for sure, particularly the big decision and some smaller ones, but we have to be professional, we must be driven, determined and go there to turn it around."
MATCH STATS!
THE FIRST LEG
Roofe's strike separated the two sides in the first leg, in which referee Craig Pawson overturned a decision to award Derby a penalty for a challenge on Jayden Bogle inside the box.
Marcelo Bielsa has told Sky Sports: "The first game took a lot out of us to overcome our rival. Kemar and Patrick are two different players but they both play in the same position and both can play goals.
"They have good players, especially on the counter-attack. We have to be focused on the game and channel the support of the fans."
BENNETT REPLACES NUGENT
Not one of the previous 17 sides to have lost the first leg of a Championship semi-final first leg at home have prgoressed to the final, so history is against Derby.
Lampard opts to replace David Nugent with Mason Bennett in the one change from the 1-0 defeat at Pride Park.
ROOFE RULED OUT
The big piece of team news that gives the Rams hope is that Kemar Roofe has been ruled out with a calf injury meaning Patrick Bamford starts up front for Leeds.
Adam Forshaw is also ruled out as Jamie Shackleton is recalled in midfield.

GOOD EVENING!
Hello and welcome along to the second leg of this enthralling renewal of 'Spygate' from Elland Road as Frank Lampard's Derby seek to peg back a one-goal deficit from the first leg against Leeds.
These two clubs don't really like each other much, and with the carrot of a Wembley Play-Off final against Aston Villa dangling in front of them, the Rams will leave nothing in the tank.
Team news is on the way...
