Chelsea continue to dominate possession but so far they have struggled to create chances. Hudson-Odoi has looked good on the left; the rest, not so much.

Dudu's wicked inswinging cross is headed up in the air by Rudiger, who did well under pressure from two Palmeiras players, and then headed straight at Mendy from 12 yards by Rony. It was a difficult chance as there was no real pace on the ball.

They may need to be patient against this well-organised Palmeiras defence.
