We're going to penalties!
Elmas was so close to writing himself into the Napoli history books with seconds to go, but the veteran Buffon showed some of that old magic to make a stunning double save! All the Juventus players will be thanking that post too....
Let the spot-kicks commence...
Napoli have a corner which Politano swings in!
AND ITS OFF THE POST! UNBELIEVABLE! Politano's outswinger is headed on goal by Maksimiovic and parried by Buffon. He lets it squirm out of his hands and Elmas is there to try and stab in but it strikes the 42-year-old and comes off the post!
THREE minutes of added time at the end of 90 minutes. A reminder we go straight to penalties if this remains goalless in normal time.
- OffPiotr ZielinskiNapoli
- OnEljif ElmasNapoli
SUB! A fifth and final change for Napoli as Macedonia international Elmas comes on for Zielinski.
- OffJuan CuadradoJuventus
- OnAaron RamseyJuventus
SUB! Ramsey is brought on for Cuadrado.
- Yellow cardPaulo DybalaJuventus
YELLOW! For Dybala for infringement. CHANCE! Politano finds Insigne on the left flank but his shot flashes over the bar. Napoli are continuing to knock on the door.
GREAT CHANCE! A lovely floated ball meets Politano but his header towards the centre of the goal is saved by Buffon!
- OffFabián RuizNapoli
SUBS! Two for Napoli as Allan comes on for Ruiz while Hysaj is in for Rui.
Juventus have a corner after Sandro's cross is played against Di Lorenzo. The corner is cleared away at the near post. Juventus appear to have had a bit of a second wind and are camped inside Napoli's half.
- Yellow cardMário RuiNapoli
YELLOW! For Rui for a poor sliding tackle on Dybala.
Ronaldo's deflected strike bounces into the grateful arms of Meret. 15 minutes to go and still nothing between these two sides. Napoli have been on top, but Juventus cannot be written off with Ronaldo still on the pitch.
- OffMiralem PjanicJuventus
- OnFederico BernardeschiJuventus
Zielinski is caught by Pjanic and looks to be in some discomfort.
SUB! Bernardeschi is on for Pjanic,
JUST WIDE! Milik smashes his first-time shot over the bar following a clever dummy by Lozano. The Polish striker, on as a subsitute should have done better with that!
Juventus have a free-kick which Dybala curls in, but Meret is there to make a good punch clear. The 23-year-old has been impressive between the sticks so far in place of Ospina tonight.
- OffJosé CallejónNapoli
- OnMatteo PolitanoNapoli
GOOD SAVE! Politano makes an early impact off the bench with a low shot aimed for the bottom corner, but Buffon gets there and claims it. Napoli are continuing to apply the pressure.
- OffDries MertensNapoli
- OnArek MilikNapoli
NAPOLI SUBS! Lozano - AKA "chucky" - is on for Callejon while Mertens makes way for Milik. Interesting...
- OffDouglas CostaJuventus
SUB! Ex-Man City defender Danilo comes on for Douglas Costa, meaning Cuadrado will push up to the right wing.
GOOD EFFORT! Bonucci gets plenty of purchase behind his ambitious 40-yard strike. It dips and swerves but Meret gratefully clutches the ball to his chest.
SHOT! Dybala has a pop from around 30-yards out but it's no danger to the Napoli goal as his driven effort rises over the bar.
An hour in and still no goals. Juventus have been underwhelming so far and you can tell Napoli sense an opportunity to snatch the silverware tonight.
Ruiz fires a venomous strike on goal first-time off his left boot, but the ball curves wide.
Costa jinks past two players before Koulibaly comes in and makes the necessary tackle. Demme is down on the ground after being barged over by Dybala. This game has had 20 fouls in total, but just the one yellow so far which was handed to Bonucci.
Mertens attempts a hopeful ball into the centre of the penalty box which Buffon can easily pluck out of the air. At the other end Rui is tripped up by Cuadrado.
Ronaldo bursts down the left flank and lays off for Bentancur, but his shot is disappointingly wayward and flies out for a goal-kick.
Sandro is down on the ground holding his right knee after a collision with Di Lorenzo and will now receive some medical attention.
SHOT! Callejon attempts an audacious curler from the edge of the area but its wide.
- Yellow cardLeonardo BonucciJuventus
Douglas Costa floats a cross in but it bypasses everybody before Callejon hoofs clear.
YELLOW! For Bonucci for appearing to grab Ruiz around the neck.
Matuidi lashes a wild shot on goal from outside the box which is high and wide. He's not having the best of games so far and, really, Napoli have been the team on top in this tie.
OFFSIDE! Insigne fires a looping shot narrowly over the bar but he's in an offside position. Napoli starting his second half positively...
- 2nd Half
We are back underway!
- End of 1st Half
Well, this final started slowly but Napoli have come closest to breaking the deadlock with Insigne hitting the post and having another goalbound strike cleared by Alex Sandro four minutes before the break.
Keep it here for the second half!
ONE minute of added time at the end of this first half.
CRUCIAL CLEARANCE! Insigne curls a goalbound effort on goal from just inside the penalty area, but Sandro is there at the far post - with Callejon behind him - to clear with a decisive diving header!
ANOTHER CHANCE! Moments later and Demme bulldozes his way into the box and fires a low shot on goal at Buffon's near post, but the veteran makes a fine stop!
AND ANOTHER SHOT! The following corner comes out to Insigne but Buffon dives to his right and parries wide! It may have been going wide anyway, but it's another good effort from Insigne!
Good goalkeeping from Meret who sprints off his line to intercept a Dybala pass looking for Ronaldo and prevents the Portugal international from scoring a simple tap-in.
Koulibaly clatters into Ronaldo and Juventus now have a free-kick in a dangerous position in the inside-right channel.
Dybala crosses in, Sandro nods on but it evades Ronaldo at the far post and bounces out for a goal-kick.
Ronaldo appeared to have been brought down by Koulibaly on the right flank before the ball rolls out of play.
There did seem to be contact but the referee awards Napoli the goal-kick.
Juventus are struggling to break through the heart of Napoli's midfield, they are being forced to the flanks with plenty of crosses aimed for Ronaldo being comfortably dealt with.
Sarri may have to make some tactical adjustments at half-time with Dybala, in particular, not doing a great deal so far.
Bentancur floats a dangerous cross into the box, but it evades everyone and Sandro picks it up on the other flank before the referee blows for a foul on Callejon.
That unlucky Insigne effort is the closest we have come to a goal in this scrappy opening half hour.
There's also a fantastic virtual crowd on our TV screens this evening...
OFF THE POST! Insigne bends his 25-yard free-kick towards goal and it clatters off the woodwork! The diving Buffon did look to have it covered, though, had it been on target... but a great effort from the forward nonetheless!
Fabian goes down in some discomfort after colliding with Matuidi. The Juventus midfielder is lucky not to be in the referee's book.
Napoli now have a free-kick on the edge of the Juventus box after Zielinski is tripped up by Bentancur...
Bentancur fires a shot on goal from the edge of the box but Meret can get his body behind it.
Another niggly foul and this time it is Matuidi on Callejon. It's been a scrappy opening to this final.
Napoli are starting to assert themselves in this game and relieve some of the pressure on their backline, but they are yet to have had a clear shot on goal.
A Napoli corner swung in is headed clear by Costa.
Pjanic's ball into the box is headed clear by Maksimovic, who was so impressive against Inter on Saturday night. He will have to put in another strong performance tonight to contain the threat of Ronaldo. Juventus are dominating possession as things stand.
GREAT SAVE! Ronaldo drives a low right-footed strike from the edge of the box on goal but Meret, in his first cup appearance this campaign, and his first since February 3, gets down to make a good stop!
Juventus win a free-kick in Napoli's half with Costa dragged down by Zielinski. It's played short though and the move breaks down.
Very little action to report on so far from a lacklustre opening to this cup final.
After a few nice stepovers, Ronaldo's cross hits Di Lorenzo for Juventus' first corner of the evening.
Pjanic whips it in but Callejon is there at the near post to head clear.
An early foul on Cuadrado by Mertens. Juventus with all of the ball at the moment.
- 1st Half
And we are underway in the 73rd Coppa Italia!
This evening's referee is Daniele Doveri.
The teams have come onto the pitch... will Ronaldo win his 30th career major honour or will Dries Mertens be celebrating a trophy win on the same day he extended his Napoli contract until 2022?
Kick-off is just moments away!
Juventus are warming up inside the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, tonight's venue for the final.
Interestingly this evening's winners will have to help themselves to the trophy and medals because of coronavirus hygiene regulations.
"Let's call it self-service," Serie A chief executive Luigi De Siervo said in a video news conference on Tuesday.
"The athletes will help themselves to the cup and medals, so as to avoid outside contact with the squad which is subject to strict controls."

Napoli reached the final with a 1-1 draw at home to Inter Milan on Saturday as forward Dries Mertens became the club's all-time record scorer - his 122nd goal for the club in all competitions.
Tonight Napoli will be looking to win their first Coppa Italia since 2014, but face a real test against the overwhelming favourites Juve.
Napoli have won it twice in the last decade with the earlier victory coming in 2012. For boss Gennaro Gattuso, it will be a second Coppa Italia final appearance in three years.
Watch Mertens' record-breaking goal and read the Napoli v Inter match report below...
Will Cristiano Ronaldo turn it on tonight? He didn't have the best of outings in the semi-final second leg last week, hitting the post and missing a penalty in the goalless draw against AC Milan.
A three-month break for the 35-year-old will not likely have been a great help to his match sharpness, but this is Ronaldo we're talking about so expect him to be keen to make a statement tonight.
A reminder that Juventus won the last four Coppa Italias before 2019, with Lazio taking the trophy home last year.
Could it work?
Just the one change for Juventus from the team that drew 0-0 in the semi-final second leg last Thursday. Juan Cuadrado is in for Danilo.
For Napoli, Gattuso makes three changes to his starting XI that drew 1-1 with Inter on Saturday. Mario Rui and Jose Callejon come in for Elseid Hysaj and Matteo Politano.
David Ospina is suspended with 23-year-old Alex Meret taking his place in goal.
