Neymar appears to punch fan after PSG defeat
Neymar was involved in an altercation with a supporter after PSG’s shootout defeat to Rennes in the French Cup final.
Footage shows the Brazilian pushing away the fan’s phone and exchanging words as he made his way up the Stade de France steps to collect his runners-up medal. He then lashes out, appearing to strike the man on the chin.

The 27-year-old was making his first start since January 23, but was unable to prevent a 6-5 loss on penalties after a thrilling 2-2 draw. He then slammed the club’s youngsters in the wake of the defeat, saying "they lack more ear than mouth".
"We need to be more like men in the dressing room, we must be more united," Neymar told reporters.
"I see a lot of young players who are, not lost exactly, but they lack more ear than mouth. "
"They must listen more than they talk. Sometimes a more experienced guy speaks, and they answer back. The coach himself speaks, and they retort. This is not how a team goes far.
"We are more experienced, so they must respect us a bit more, listen a bit more. I had to do the same when I was starting out."
Neymar was hit with a three-match ban in the Champions League on Friday after telling VAR officials ‘to go f*** yourselves’ as he watched his side crash out to Manchester United in March courtesy of a last-gasp penalty.
PSG belatedly wrapped up the Ligue 1 title against Monaco last week after suffering a sudden dip in form.
