‘Hazard passing Real Madrid audition’: Best reaction to Chelsea forward’s double
Eden Hazard’s double against West Ham sent Chelsea up to third in the Premier League on Monday..and it only increased talk of a prospective summer move to Real Madrid.
The Belgian scored a stunning solo effort in the first half at Stamford Bridge, and rounded off Chelsea’s win with his second in the 90th minute.
Unsurprisingly, Hazard was awarded man of the match, and the stats show he is performing on another level..
So much so, that the Real Madrid rumours intensified on Monday night, with many believing the 28-year-old was auditioning for a gig with Zinedine Zidane at the Bernabeu.
Hazard has been linked with a £100m move to Real, and with his current contract expiring in the summer of 2020, Chelsea will have one final chance to sell the player for a decent fee.
